Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

Two Business Day

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Next Business Day

Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.

Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery.

Processing Time:

Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders are given top priority.

For Next Business Day shipments:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Sara Cristina will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.

You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.

You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on limited edition items.

  • We do offer exchanges for different models or store credit for future purchases

  • Exchanges or returns for store credit must be received within seven (7) calendar days of the item receipt by the customer

  • Items must be returned new, in their original condition and with all tags still attached

  • All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify ventas@saracristinadesigns.com as soon as possible.

  • To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.

  • All returns are to be registered with ventas@saracristinadesigns.com. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization. 

  • A Return Authorization Number must be requested within seven days of order delivery. Return Authorization requests made after seven (7) days will be evaluated based on the discretion of Customer Services, and may be declined.

  • A Return Authorization Number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note that a Return Authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing garment tags or otherwise not in original condition. If you are returning a product due to defect, please include this information when requesting a Return Authorization.

  • A Return Authorization is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue.

  • After a Return Authorization Number is issued, we will issue a shipping label that we will email to you.  If your return is in the US we will deduct $10, if your return is international, we will deduct $60 from your store credit or exchanged items to cover for the price of shipping.
